Dance, spin and fly
For the music is where
We began
Where also, we return to
Its in this release from the body
We hear the ringing of the cosmos
We feel the energy of the spheres
Lifting us again and again
Wind whirling across open fields
Lost in flow
Free in motion
I felt at last
Humility
