As words begin the dancing
A spinning in my mind
There comes a leap of magic light
Words come tumbling out to find what’s right
They fill these lines, now to be read
With all the manna mystery falling gently upon my head
There, up on the threshold
The window open wide
A pirouette within my chest
Arms outstretched begins the quest
To find a home where these words will rest
So sing my friends, my partners of this you feel and know
Poems are but words alive
Alone you, make them real
Alone you make them grow.
